We will happily post out a different colour or size of the same item to a UK address for free. However postage will be payable if you require a different item or additional item, or if you live outside of the UK.
If you require a refund please send us an email (to firstname.lastname@example.org) and send your unwanted items within 14 working days of receipt to the above address. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 28 working days.
All returns should be sent postage paid to the address above. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. Returns must be sent in resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on tights and underwear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
